The family apartment for 2 - 6 people depending on the number of people is spread over two floors. It’s very spacious with due double bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are also two sofa beds available in the apartment. The big, airy living room offers a comfortable dining area with an extendable table and a TV with cable TV is also available. The holiday apartment also benefits from three balconies with impressive views of the ‘Wechselspitze’. One of the double rooms leads directly into the garden, which is very welcoming with its flower blossom in summer and in winter might temp to the one or other snowball fights.

€ 100 additional charge per unit and day charged on short stays of up to 3 days in our apartments.Please note that the cancellation conditions are according to the Austrian hotel regulations. There are no cancellation fees up to three months before arrival , up to one month before day of arrival the charge is 40%, up to one week before arrival the charge is 70% and cancellations in the last week before arrival are charged at 90% of the whole amount.

To secure your booking we kindly ask for an advance payment of € 400.00 for your stay with us. Please make payments available to the account stated below. Please note, that the remaining amount of your booking can only be paid in cash at our premises.
