€ 100 additional charge per unit and day charged on short stays of up to 3 days in our apartments.Please note that the cancellation conditions are according to the Austrian hotel regulations. There are no cancellation fees up to three months before arrival , up to one month before day of arrival the charge is 40%, up to one week before arrival the charge is  70% and cancellations in the last week before arrival are charged at 90% of the whole amount.

To secure your booking we kindly ask for an advance payment of € 400.00 for your stay with us. Please make payments available to the account stated below. Please note, that the remaining amount of your booking can only be paid in cash at our premises.
